Why most zero-trust architectures fail at the traffic layer
Many zero-trust implementations fail by over-prioritizing identity while neglecting the traffic layer. Fragmented ingress paths, weak TLS configurations, and inconsistent mTLS create vulnerabilities. Standardizing ingress is a good way to enforce strict protocol baselines to ensure continuous validation and end-to-end visibility across network plumbing.
