What is AX?
AX (agent experience) shifts the design paradigm from teaching users to operate software toward letting them simply state their intent. As AI agents collapse the "Gulf of Execution" — the struggle to figure out how to do something — the "Gulf of Evaluation" widens: the screen's new job is helping users judge whether agents did what was actually meant. Counterintuitively, blind users who have long navigated computing through language and memory may be best equipped for this shift.
