Wasmi 2.0: Engineering one of the fastest Wasm interpreters
Wasmi 2.0 runs about 2.2 times faster than Wasmi 1.0 across its benchmark suite while preserving its strong startup performance. The Rust-based WebAssembly interpreter gains four instruction-dispatch modes, a fixed 64-bit cell representation, smaller binary options, stable fuel metering, and support for WebAssembly's deterministic profile.
