Vibe → Environment → Culture: Leadership Gets It Backwards
Leaders obsess over culture when they should start with their vibe. That vibe shapes the environment (processes, approvals, and work patterns), and culture naturally emerges from that environment. Misaligned environments frustrate A-players, slow output, and create politics. The solution is explicit leadership, environment design, and clarity, not trying to force culture directly.
