The New CD Projekt Red Logo Just Sparked the Weirdest Backlash Graphic Design Has Ever Seen
CD Projekt Red has updated its firebird logo, incorporating sharper, more dynamic features and a prominent red hue to better embody the mythical Slavic raróg. Although the redesign is a relatively subtle progression, some social media users have controversially construed the black-and-red palette as a political declaration. The company, however, asserts that the update merely aims to forge a more contemporary, confident, vibrant, and culturally authentic brand image.
