The pattern reflects a security bifurcation: large protocols deployed AI-hardening tools and kept losses contained, while smaller protocols and abandonware absorbed the spike in attack volume. Attackers using GLM 5.2, Fable, and GPT 5.6 are finding success against under-resourced targets rather than blue-chip TVL.
