Terrapod is an open-source, self-hosted alternative to Terraform Enterprise that provides collaboration, governance, and state management features while maintaining API compatibility with HCP Terraform's V2 API. The platform, released under the GPLv3 license, orchestrates Terraform or OpenTofu as pluggable backends and deploys via Helm chart on Kubernetes, allowing existing tooling and CI/CD integrations to work with minimal reconfiguration.
