"Customer-first" isn't a strategy - nobody picks "customer-last." Real strategy means choosing between two good options where smart companies exist on both sides. "All-in-one" means you personally own every feature request forever. "Infinitely extensible" means your UX becomes a patchwork quilt. If the opposite of your strategy sounds stupid, you haven't decided anything.
