Securitize asks court to reject tZero's tokenization patent allegations

Securitize filed a declaratory judgment action in the US District Court in Delaware seeking to have tZero's patent infringement claims thrown out after tZero sent a cease-and-desist alleging that Securitize's DS Protocol and Vault Registrar infringed patents covering self-enforcing compliance controls for tokenized securities and blockchain-based trading infrastructure.
