Rusternetes is a complete ground-up reimplementation of Kubernetes in Rust that's currently passing 90% of official Kubernetes conformance tests (398 out of 441). The project includes all core components written from scratch—API server, scheduler, controller manager, kubelet, and kube-proxy—and can run as a full cluster with etcd, with alternative databases like SQLite/PostgreSQL, or as a single binary with embedded SQLite for edge devices and local development.
