Python 3.14 achieves high-speed JSON parsing
A demonstration shows that Python 3.14's free-threaded version can parse JSON data at speeds reaching tens of gigabytes per second across multiple CPU cores. Utilizing data from the GitHub archive and the fastsimdjson library with lazy views, the process achieved rates up to 66 gigabytes per second on 64 cores. This method bypasses the creation of numerous Python objects, resulting in better performance than standard libraries and other parsing techniques.
