Pipelined SQL in ClickHouse 26.8

ClickHouse 26.8 adds pipelined SQL with a new |> operator that lets queries be written as an explicit sequence of transformations instead of relying on nested subqueries or CTEs. Each stage passes its result to the next, making multi-step filtering, aggregation, sorting, and limiting easier to read and compose.
