Phia accused of ‘cookie stuffing,' taking affiliate credit on purchases it didn't earn
Phia, a shopping extension backed by celebrity investors, was suspended from the affiliate platform Impact.com after a Bloomberg investigation reported that it injected its own referral codes during checkout, overriding other affiliates' tags and capturing commissions on purchases it did not drive. Phia says it has fixed the behavior, but retailers and partners have not publicly confirmed their position
