pg_kpart version 1.0
pg_kpart blocks PostgreSQL partitioned-table queries unless the planner can prune by partition key, preventing accidental full scans and I/O storms. It supports audit rollout, whitelist/blacklist scoping, SQLSTATE handling, and is Linux-only.
