OpenAI introduces Ultrafast mode for GPT-6.1 Sol
OpenAI is deploying Ultrafast mode for GPT-6.1 Sol across its API, Codex, and ChatGPT Work offerings, providing intelligence comparable to Astra but up to eight times faster than Sol Standard. The API pricing is established at $12 per million input tokens and $60 per million output tokens. This feature is accessible in all regions, with data residency options for US and EU now also supporting GPT-6.1 Sol Fast and GPT-6 Luna Fast.
