Nobody's Actually Prioritising ‘Value'
Product teams cannot meaningfully prioritize on “value” without first defining what matters through strategy and outcomes. Since expected value is ultimately a hypothesis, better prioritization comes from comparing bets based on evidence and confidence in their ability to move the desired outcome.
