My View on Design Engineering
A design engineer's true function extends beyond merely coding designs or designing code; it encompasses ensuring product coherence by bridging the gap between design and development. As AI accelerates interface creation, the paramount challenge becomes maintaining consistency, managing edge cases, refining interactions, and making crucial judgment calls that define a product's polished and intentional feel versus a fragmented one.
