The model, harness, workflow, and evaluation loop are no longer isolated stack components but rather co-designed surfaces that build upon each other. True defensibility stems from owning the complete feedback loop, rather than relying on rented frontier capabilities that can be restricted, repriced, or reclaimed by the supplier.
