Microsoft Execution Containers offer policy-based AI agent control
Microsoft has made Microsoft Execution Containers (MXC) generally available, providing a policy-driven containment system for AI agents on Windows, macOS, and Linux. MXC allows developers and IT managers to establish and enforce limits on resources for untrusted code and agent workloads. Soon, Windows will integrate Microsoft Entra to differentiate agent activities from user actions and extend Microsoft Agent 365 controls for managing local agents.
