Nicholas Moore, 25, received 12 months' probation for using stolen credentials to access US Supreme Court, AmeriCorps, and VA My HealtheVet accounts, subsequently posting victim data on Instagram via @ihackedthegovernment. He pled guilty and expressed remorse.
