Lazyweb reached 50K signups in a few months through distribution tactics built around AI agents. Removing email requirements increased activation by 50%+ and a one-line installation command added 20%. Automatic MCP routing more than doubled DAUs. Free MCP access to its blog and data-driven research also helped agents discover and use the product. Generic SEO content and novelty products had little impact.
