Germany and Tesla Agree on FSD Approval and Naming
Germany's Federal Ministry of Transportation has finalized an agreement with Tesla, paving the way for the European approval of its driver assistance system. The deal, according to Federal Minister of Transportation Steffen Bilger, permits drivers to manually exceed the speed limit by up to 10% under system supervision. To avoid confusion with higher levels of automation, the system will be rebranded as "Tesla Assisted Driving."
