Coinbase Pro Relaunch Set for Year-End, Merges with Deribit
Coinbase intends to bring back Coinbase Pro before 2024 concludes and has finalized its merger with Deribit, establishing Coinbase Global Exchange. This unified platform will provide eligible American and international customers access to trade spot assets, futures, perpetuals, options, and equities, all drawing from a shared liquidity pool and utilizing Coinbase Prime. Coinbase Financial Markets confirmed that Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations permit the connection of U.S. customers to international cryptocurrency derivatives markets.
