Coding got easier. Winning with AI products didn't. Here's why
The best PMs are leveraging AI to absorb large amounts of context and make sense of sales call recordings, notes, messages, support tickets, and other sources of information. AI can draft experiments to test, flag patterns worth investigating, and generate hypotheses faster than any planning cycle ever could. 'What to build' will eventually become another AI-assisted workflow. The obstacles now sit downstream, mostly with what happens after shipping a product.
