Cockroach Labs has detailed a five-month initiative that structured autonomous coding agents like a medical team within a teaching hospital model named MOLT Sinai to create database migration tools. The author explains that this hospital framework mandated thorough planning, mandatory reviews, and strict testing to ensure production-ready code.
