Code review was built for a world where humans wrote code slowly and reading the lines was how you earned confidence in a change. The companies that rebuild around how software actually gets made now will win because of the operating speed it gives them. AI gives companies more shots to iterate toward the right answer before competitors can plan their way there. It also frees engineers to do the creative, high-leverage work they signed up for.
