Cisco Adds AI Troubleshooting For Industrial Networks
Cisco is introducing AI Troubleshooting for Industrial Networks, an always-on agent in Cisco Cloud Control that monitors factory-floor network signals, clusters related alerts, diagnoses root causes, and recommends fixes for OT teams. It is designed to reduce escalations from maintenance teams to scarce network experts by helping identify issues like bad cables, SFP degradation, VLAN mismatches, PoE failures, power supply faults, and switch stability problems faster.
