Building Where the Buyers Are
For the last twenty years, the hardest part of building a tech company was the development itself. AI is dissolving that constraint. Companies no longer need to have large teams to ship products. This means Silicon Valley may no longer be the center of the tech industry. Companies needed to be near the engineers when the hard part was writing code, but they will now move to where the buyers actually are.
