Autodata: an automatic data scientist to create high-quality data
Meta's Autodata uses a two-loop agentic workflow to generate, critique, and refine synthetic training/evaluation data, aiming to replace much of the manual dataset curation work that data scientists do today. The optimized harness code improved validation pass rate from 12.8% to 42.4%, trading extra inference cost for better data quality and fewer manual heuristics.
