At Sapphire, SAP makes the case that enterprise AI is a context problem
At SAP Sapphire 2026, SAP said enterprise AI is not about better chatbots or models, but about giving AI agents the right business context, data, and governance to actually work inside real enterprise systems. To support this, SAP rolled out its Business AI Platform, combining its ERP foundation, data tools, and new agent management capabilities into one stack aimed at controlling and coordinating AI across the business.
