Anthropic alignment lead says AI has >10% chance of killing humanity
Anthropic Alignment Science Lead Evan Hubinger said he personally believes there is a greater than 10% chance AI could “kill all humans” within the next decade. He added that Anthropic still does not have a clear solution for aligning superintelligent AI, following another researcher's resignation over the pace of development.
