Ant Group's inclusionAI has made the weights for its Ling-3.1-flash model publicly available on Hugging Face under the MIT license. This model, with a total of 560 billion parameters, operates as a hybrid-linear mixture-of-experts, utilizing 25 billion active parameters per token and supporting a context window of up to 1 million tokens.
