Alleged "Scattered Spider" Member Extradited to US
Peter Stokes, a 19-year-old US-Estonian dual citizen and alleged member of the "Scattered Spider" criminal cyber hacking group, has been arrested in Finland under an Interpol Red Notice and subsequently extradited to Chicago, where charges have been unsealed by the Department of Justice.
