AI Will Not Make Everyone More Productive
AI doesn't boost productivity evenly. It helps skilled people move faster, but often increases output without increasing value. The real bottleneck is attention and decision quality, not volume. More AI-generated content can shift work onto others and raise coordination costs. Incentives also limit gains since workers may hide efficiency. Small teams benefit faster while large organizations risk scaling noise. The gap will grow between those who reduce work with AI and those who create more of it.
