AI Fluency isn't the Finish Line
Product builders increasingly value AI tool skills, but Figma's 2026 AI report argues collaboration and facilitation matter just as much as tool fluency. Three practices stand out: building shared internal tools so individual AI knowledge benefits whole teams, actively guiding stakeholders toward decisions amid unlimited AI-generated options, and openly sharing experiments—including failures—to close AI adoption gaps between colleagues.
