Agent Identity Products Available From Six Companies Before Standard Finalization
Despite the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) not completing its standard, six companies are already releasing products for agent identity. These products fall into two main architectural categories. One group utilizes the ID-JAG Internet-Draft for a unified token exchange, while the other develops governance layers independent of token type to enforce policies. This lack of a finalized standard means businesses cannot select a single, standards-compliant solution that guarantees compatibility.
